The minimum total order limit for sourcing on Buildsource.in is Rs. 499.
At present we do not offer COD payment mode.
Please select Bank Deposit as the payment method in the order page and you will be directed to our bank account details. Once you confirm the order, you will receive order receipt SMS from us on your registered mobile number. You will then make payment into our bank account vide either cash, NEFT or RTGS, retain the receipt as proof and call on 09289990430 to confirm the deposit. Your order will be processed as soon as the amount is transfered.
Our Order Pages are hosted in the very secure environment of 128bit SSL. Please be assured that your transaction is conducted over highly secured payment gateways.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra.

The availability of reliable courier partner in your location If the product manufacturer services your location. Some manufacturers may prefer not to service certain locations.
The deliveries are handled by reputed couriers. You will be informed when we ship your item/s and a tracking number shall be communicated to you. It is necessary to provide your location's pincode in order to ensure delivery to you.
Buildsource.in has a standard packaging guideline. Most products are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like glass are secured with bubble wrap. We encourage customers to rate us on packaging quality also, besides other parameters like delivery response time and material quality.
All items ordered on Buildsource.in are shipped as insured against incidents of theft or damage during transit.
When credit or debit "card was declined" appears while processing an order, it means that your card issuer/bank has declined the transaction. Usually, a call to your card issuer/bank will resolve this.
Please note that all orders are reviewed by Buildsource.in and a very small percentage of them are declined if inconsistencies are identified by our system. If this is the case, you will receive an email from us informing you that your order was declined. If you wish to place your order again, you may do so. Please ensure to include your full name, correct address with area pincode, valid e-mail id and a phone number where we may contact you for order verification.
Unfortunately, products when listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the 'Enquiry' feature to be informed of the product's availability with sellers on Buildsource.in.
Once your order is logged and payment authorization is received, our system confirms receipt of the order and we begin processing it. You will receive an sms/email containing the details of your order. In this message you will be provided with an Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified shipping details when the item/s are shipped to you.
In most cases, ordered item/s are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you cancel your order before your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will refund the entire amount.
- If cancellation is after your product is shipped from the warehouse, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Please keep the order no. handy and contact us on our customer care for starting order cancellation process.
Before cancellation, you are requested to check your order shipping status at Track Order.
Yes, an order can be partly cancelled in case your order comprises more than one item. However, part-cancellation must be done before the items are shipped out by us.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received, except in case of Cash on Delivery transaction, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. In case of C.O.D., payment will be refunded by RTGS/NEFT into a customer specified bank account.
Products will be eligible for return only in case where there is any manufacturing defect. Same must be informed to us within 10 days of receipt of the product/item by you. You will need to specify whether you want replacement of the product or refund of your money.
In case of complaint regarding a product that comes with a warranty from manufacturer, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know and we’ll help you regarding the same.
Where there is an apparent damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the same must be brought to the attention of the courier and the delivery should not be accepted by you (in case of ceramicware and glassware, it is necessary to check the product before acceptance). Please contact our customer care informing of product non-acceptance and for arranging a replacement.
In case the package has been received by you, then you must inform us of any transit damage or short shipment within 48 hours of the receipt of the delivery. In such case Buildsource.in will arrange return pickup and replacement with a fresh item at the earliest. In no circumstance should customer attempt to send back the item on his own.
Also, please call our customer care at 09289990430 or email us the nature of damage enclosing photographs of damaged item/packaging mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag, invoice and packing is intact when the product is shipped back.
In the following scenarios it will be difficult for us to support returns.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tag, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Product is damaged due to misuse of the product.
- Products that require professional assembly or specified installation procedure and the necessary procedure has not been followed by the customer.
- Products that have been installed and/or used in the user premises.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Made-to-order / customised products.
- Hygiene related items.
